Lewis Hamilton told why not to reunite with Angela Cullen after Ferrari switch

Jacques Villeneuve, the 1997 Formula 1 World Champion, has offered advice to Lewis Hamilton as the British driver prepares for a move to Ferrari in 2025. Villeneuve has urged Hamilton not to bring his former physiotherapist and close friend, Angela Cullen, with him to the Scuderia, suggesting that the seven-time World Champion would be better off “starting afresh” as he embarks on this new chapter in his career.

Hamilton’s planned switch to Ferrari marks a major transition in his F1 journey, and it is not uncommon for drivers to take key members of their entourage with them when they change teams. However, when Hamilton joins Ferrari, he will be without some of the key figures who have been pivotal to his success at Mercedes. Moreover, Hamilton’s long-time trainer and physiotherapist, Angela Cullen, who worked with him for seven years, will not be joining him at Ferrari.
