Ferrari team principal Fred Vasseur has revealed that Lewis Hamilton’s relentless pursuit of perfection is a major driving force behind Ferrari’s motivation to succeed.

According to Vasseur, Hamilton’s “mindset to chase the last thousandth” of a second in every aspect of the F1 car is a key factor that will boost Ferrari’s performance.

Vasseur praised Hamilton’s dedication and work ethic, saying that his obsession with being the best is something that Ferrari can learn from.

“Lewis is a fantastic driver, and his mindset is something that we can all learn from,” Vasseur said. “He’s always pushing the limits, always trying to find that extra bit of speed. That’s something that we need to emulate if we want to be successful.”

Ferrari is looking to bounce back from a disappointing season, and Vasseur believes that adopting Hamilton’s mindset will be key to their success.

“We need to have that same level of dedication and obsession if we want to be the best,” Vasseur said. “We’re working hard to improve our car and our team, and I’m confident that we can learn from Lewis’s example and become a stronger team as a result.”

Vasseur also revealed that Ferrari has been studying Hamilton’s approach to racing, and has identified areas where they can improve.

“We’ve been analyzing Lewis’s data, and we’ve identified areas where we can improve our own performance,” Vasseur said. “We’re working hard to implement those changes, and I’m confident that we’ll see an improvement in our results.”

Ferrari’s drivers, Charles Leclerc and Carlos Sainz, have also been impressed by Hamilton’s dedication and work ethic.

“Lewis is a great driver, and he’s always pushing the limits,” Leclerc said. “We can learn a lot from his approach, and I’m looking forward to seeing how we can implement those lessons on the track.”

Sainz added: “Lewis is a fantastic driver, and his mindset is something that we can all learn from. We’re working hard to improve our own performance, and I’m confident that we can learn from Lewis’s example and become a stronger team as a result.”

With Ferrari looking to bounce back from a disappointing season, adopting Hamilton’s mindset could be the key to their success. Only time will tell if they can learn from his example and become a stronger team as a result.
