Shock Exit for Hamilton in Miami Qualifying as McLaren Misses O…read more.

In a dramatic turn of events at the Miami Grand Prix, Lewis Hamilton suffered an unexpected early exit from qualifying, leaving fans and pundits stunned. The seven-time world champion, now racing for Ferrari, was knocked out in Q1 after struggling to find pace on the newly resurfaced circuit. Despite pushing hard on his final run, Hamilton couldn’t improve enough to make it into the top 15, marking one of his most disappointing qualifying performances in recent memory.

“I’m gutted,” Hamilton told reporters after the session. “We just didn’t have the grip or the balance today. We need to go back and understand what went wrong.”

Adding to the surprises of the day, McLaren  widely expected to challenge near the front  also fell short in qualifying. Both Lando Norris and Oscar Piastri were unable to match the pace of the Red Bulls and Ferraris, leaving the team outside the top five. While Norris managed to secure a spot in Q3, he could only muster seventh on the grid, while Piastri was eliminated in Q2.

At the front, Max Verstappen continued his dominant form by securing pole position, followed closely by Charles Leclerc and Sergio Pérez. The result sets up an intriguing race, with Hamilton facing the tough task of climbing through the field on Sunday.

With unpredictable Miami weather and a track known for its tight corners, the race promises plenty of drama. Fans will be watching closely to see if Hamilton and McLaren can recover.
