Everton is eager to acquire a star player from West Ham United.
According to a recent transfer report, Everton is interested in signing a “wonderful” Premier League star who may be itching for a new challenge.
Before the international break, the Blues performed admirably, winning three of their previous four games across all competitions, including their most recent 3-0 triumph at home against Bournemouth.
Sean Dyche’s team’s next match is this Saturday’s tantalizing match at Anfield against Liverpool, where they want to win in front of supporters for the first time since 1999.
Though it’s arguable that the Blues’ summer additions—especially in attack with players like Jack Harrison and Beto—are starting to make an effect, it’s possible that more players will arrive at Goodison Park come January, or at the very least next summer.
Right now, defensive areas don’t seem to have much depth, and a recent report indicates that the Merseysiders may be considering a transfer for a Premier League star.
Despite his recent decline at West Ham, Johnson is represented by the same agent as Dele Alli, which may facilitate negotiations for Everton given their existing relationship. Johnson may be a very wise addition to the team in one of the next transfer windows.
