“When someone like Lewis joins a team, it pushes everyone to do their best,” Leclerc explained. “He brings a wealth of knowledge, a new working style, and a fresh perspective, which can only help Ferrari improve.”
Despite the buzz around having two top drivers on the same team, Leclerc downplayed the idea of internal rivalry, emphasizing Ferrari’s deep-rooted team-first culture. “Ferrari has always been bigger than any single driver,” he said. “It’s about the collective effort, not individual stars.”
