BREAKING : Ferrari Confirms Lewis Hamilton Not P …read more

Ferrari has officially put an end to speculation linking seven-time Formula 1 World Champion Lewis Hamilton with a move to the Scuderia, confirming that the British driver will not be joining the iconic Italian team.

Recent rumors had suggested that Ferrari was in talks with Hamilton for a potential seat in the upcoming seasons. However, in a statement released earlier today, Ferrari clarified that no such agreement exists and that their current driver lineup remains unchanged.

“We respect Lewis Hamilton immensely for his achievements and contributions to Formula 1,” said Ferrari Team Principal Frédéric Vasseur. “However, we want to make it absolutely clear that there are no plans to bring him to Ferrari at this time. Our focus remains on the continued development of our current drivers and long-term strategy.”

Hamilton, who currently races for Mercedes, had also downplayed the rumors in recent interviews, stating that his priority is to help Mercedes return to championship contention. The 40-year-old driver is under contract with Mercedes until the end of the 2025 season, and team officials have reiterated their commitment to him.

Ferrari’s clarification comes as the team continues its campaign with drivers Charles Leclerc and Carlos Sainz. Both have shown strong performances this season, and the team appears confident in their ability to compete at the highest level.

The denial from Ferrari ends weeks of media speculation and reaffirms the team’s commitment to stability and long-term growth. While fans may have been intrigued by the idea of Hamilton in red, it appears that, for now, the partnership remains a fantasy.

As the 2025 season progresses, all eyes will remain on both Ferrari and Mercedes as the battle for supremacy continues on the track.
