Lewis Hamilton Could QUIT Ferrari Before Season Ends Amid Chaos and Struggles

Lewis Hamilton’s highly move to Ferrari may already be at risk of unraveling, as reports suggest the seven-time Formula 1 world champion could walk away from the team before the 2025 season ends.

Hamilton, who joined Ferrari after a historic run with Mercedes, has found it difficult to settle into life at Maranello. Despite flashes of potential including a sprint race win in China his performances have largely fallen short of expectations. In contrast, teammate Charles Leclerc has delivered consistently strong results, further highlighting Hamilton’s struggle to adapt to the SF-25 and Ferrari’s inner workings.

According to former F1 driver Ralf Schumacher, Hamilton’s current form and body language suggest a driver who’s losing motivation. “He’s not just frustrated with the car he’s clearly uncomfortable in the environment,” Schumacher said, hinting that an early departure is a real possibility if things don’t improve soon.

The pressure from within Ferrari is also believed to be intensifying. The team, known for its demanding culture, is unlikely to show patience if Hamilton fails to deliver. While Ferrari team boss Fred Vasseur has publicly supported Hamilton, the team is ultimately built around results and they’re not coming fast enough.

Adding fuel to the speculation is the off-track noise surrounding Hamilton, including the recent closure of a personal business venture, which has only added to the challenges he’s facing this season.

Though Hamilton has made no official comments about retiring or leaving Ferrari, insiders suggest the next few races could be critical. If the results don’t turn around soon, Formula 1 fans might witness one of the sport’s most dramatic exits in recent history a premature end to what many hoped would be a legendary final chapter in scarlet red.
