Toto Wolff sets Lewis Hamilton objective in three-step W15 plan

These enhancements, particularly a redesigned front wing, have revitalized the performance of the W15, allowing the team to tap into its potential more effectively.
Despite this turnaround, the season has been marked by fluctuations for nearly every team—except for McLaren—who have experienced a mix of successes and setbacks largely influenced by their upgrade strategies. Team principal Toto Wolff expressed the urgency of this upcoming stretch, highlighting that the next eight weeks will be crucial for the team’s performance and morale. “This weekend marks the start of an intense run to the end of the year,” he stated, referring to the compact schedule ahead, which includes six races leading up to the season finale in Abu Dhabi.
Although Mercedes is not in contention for the championship titles this year, Wolff emphasized the importance of fighting for every remaining race. “There is still plenty to fight for and the opportunity
