Police pull over F1 star in SURPRISE video footage

A video showing an F1 driver being pulled over by police has surfaced online.

The footage appears to have been taken shortly after the conclusion of the 2024 Formula 1 season, which wrapped up last week in Abu Dhabi.

The season finale at Yas Marina was a poignant event, with several drivers making their final appearances for their current teams.

Lewis Hamilton said goodbye to Mercedes, the team with which he claimed six of his seven world championships.

Next season, he will join Ferrari, replacing Carlos Sainz, who ended his Ferrari stint on a high note by securing second place in the final race ahead of Charles Leclerc.

Sainz now looks forward to his new chapter with Williams.

Red Bull’s Sergio Perez faces an uncertain future after a challenging season, capped off by his fifth retirement since May.

Meanwhile, drivers like Kevin Magnussen (Haas) and Valtteri Bottas (Sauber) might have competed in their final F1 races, as neither has a confirmed seat for 2025.

At 35, Bottas’ return to Formula 1 seems unlikely, but he remains active in motorsport, with plans to compete in the 2025 Race of Champions in Sydney.

However, Bottas’ off-season began with an unexpected hiccup.

In a video shared on Instagram, the Finnish driver was seen being pulled over by police while driving with his partner, professional cyclist Tiffany Cromwell.

The clip showed Bottas in the driver’s seat, gesturing toward his car’s right-wing mirror, where a police officer stood beside his vehicle.

Though details of the incident remain unclear, it marked an unusual start to Bottas’ off-season activities.
