FIA Reveal Fate of Redbull F1 Star After Inspection Ahead Of S …read more

Red Bull Racing’s rising star, Isack Hadjar, has successfully cleared a comprehensive FIA technical inspection following his impressive sixth-place finish at the Monaco Grand Prix. The inspection, a routine procedure for top-10 finishers, involved a thorough examination of the car’s electronic systems and compliance with technical directives.

The FIA’s scrutiny included checks on software programs uploaded from the FIA Standard ECU, comparisons with homologated versions, and assessments of the car’s electronic configurations. Additionally, data transfer protocols and real-time telemetry were analyzed to ensure adherence to regulations.

The FIA confirmed that all inspected elements of Hadjar’s car conformed to the technical regulations, affirming the team’s compliance ahead of the Spanish Grand Prix.

Hadjar’s performance in Monaco marked his fourth and best points finish of the 2025 season, contributing significantly to Racing Bulls’ tally in the Constructors’ Championship. Despite encountering challenges during practice sessions, including two crashes in FP2, Hadjar demonstrated resilience by qualifying sixth and finishing the race in a strong position.

The FIA’s clearance comes at a pivotal time, as the Spanish Grand Prix introduces stricter front wing flexibility tests aimed at curbing the use of “flexi-wings.” These new regulations could impact teams’ aerodynamic strategies, with Red Bull and Ferrari having previously raised concerns about potential advantages gained through flexible bodywork.

As the Formula 1 season progresses, Hadjar’s consistent performances and the team’s adherence to technical standards position them well for the challenges ahead. The upcoming Spanish Grand Prix will serve as a critical test for teams adapting to the latest regulatory changes.
