MONACO — Ferrari Formula 1 driver Charles Leclerc was involved in a dramatic collision during the Monaco Grand Prix, shaking up his home race in Monte Carlo. The incident occurred mid-race as Leclerc, fighting for position on the tight street circuit, made contact with a rival driver.

The crash caused immediate damage to both cars, prompting a safety car deployment and sending shockwaves through the paddock. Leclerc, visibly frustrated, was forced to return to the pits for repairs. The identity of the rival involved has not yet been officially confirmed, though early reports suggest it was during a heated battle for a podium position.
