Sam Chambers has signed his first professional contract with Leeds United, the club has confirmed.

In a statement posted on their website on Tuesday, March 19, the Whites announced the news.
The 17-year-old’s contract is set to expire in the summer of 2026.

The Scottish youth international midfielder has played a key role in the club’s U-18s squad all season long.

The news that Chambers has agreed to a first professional deal with Leeds will please everyone connected to the team.

The midfield player will be able to advance in the development teams and continue his development at Thorp Arch thanks to the two-year contract….

He recently made his Premier League 2 debut, so while he has his sights set on being a future star at Elland Road.

His immediate priorities will be to play more games for the U-21s.

The Whites will be happy to have ensured one of their children’s immediate futures,

as it is evident that they think he is an exciting talent.

Younger players are now aware that there is a possible route to the senior squad after witnessing a few academy ,

players make an impact in Daniel Farke’s first team setup.
