The Formula 1 grid has undergone yet another shake-up as Haas F1 Team confirms a mid-season driver change their second in just a few months. Veteran driver Kevin Magnussen will be replaced effective immediately by 21-year-old Oliver Bearman, the Ferrari reserve driver who impressed earlier this year with a strong stand-in performance in Jeddah.
The decision comes amid mounting pressure on Haas to improve their midfield performance. Magnussen, who has struggled to find consistency this season, will step aside for Bearman, whose promotion has been described as “unexpected but promising” by insiders.
