In a busy week for Formula 1, McLaren has confirmed significant changes to both of its cars ahead of the prestigious Monaco Grand Prix. The updates come as part of the team’s continued push for competitiveness in the 2025 season, aiming to close the gap to front-runners like Red Bull and Ferrari.
Team Principal Andrea Stella stated that the modifications involve aerodynamic adjustments tailored to suit the tight and twisty nature of the Monte Carlo street circuit. Both Lando Norris and Oscar Piastri will run slightly different versions of the updated package in Friday’s practice sessions to determine the most effective setup.
