Martavis Bryant, a former wide receiver for the Steelers, is joining the Dallas Cowboys.

The 2018 Oakland Raiders were the team with which the former fourth-round pick from Clemson last competed in the NFL before receiving an indefinite suspension for persistently breaking the league’s drug policy. His previous suspension for several infractions occurred for the whole 2016 season. On Saturday, NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell reinstated Bryant.

In his three seasons with the Steelers, Bryant caught 126 passes for 17 touchdowns. He most recently played football for the Vegas Vipers in the spring of 2023 in the XFL. The Cowboys have been without a reliable No. 2 receiver to support CeeDee Lamb, so the 32-year-old might have an instant impact on the offense.
