While the viewers are unpacking the events as they’re seen on screen, the cast members are typically watching with an understanding that the story being shown is only a part of what they experienced.

Despite knowing that their experiences won’t be entirely true to what happened in the real world, Married At First Sight cast members are typically excited to see their season unfold on the show.
