INJURY REPORT: Dan Campbell Grievously Announced Injury report on The LT Ahead of week 15…
Center On the Detroit Lions’ predicted injury report, Frank Ragnow was upgraded to limited practice participant, but now left tackle Taylor Decker is hurt, dealing with a back condition that would have kept him off the field Tuesday. Because of the upcoming game against the Denver Broncos on Saturday, Detroit was compelled to provide an approximated report.
Decker has already missed two games this season after suffering a high ankle sprain and bone bruise in the season opener against Kansas City. He’s had a great season since returning, yet his performance against the Bears was his poorest of the year, allowing four sacks in the loss – more than the rest of the season combined. He gave up five pressures in all, a season high.
If he was playing with a back issue on Sunday, that could explain the dismal performance from a talented player.
Another season marred by injury for the Lions’ offensive line. Except for right tackle Penei Sewell, everyone has missed games due to injury, while right guard Halapoulivaati Vaitai is out for the season.
Due to a back issue, he missed the majority of the year. Ragnow missed the game in Chicago as well due to knee, toe, and back problems.
Head coach Dan Campbell noted on Monday that it was too soon to say whether Ragnow would be able to return against Denver on Saturday, but his limited (projected) availability on Tuesday is a promising sign he’s on the mend.
