Brendan Rodgers shares what he’s ‘been talking to’… about after Celtic Park win vs…
Nicolas Kuhn is making a significant impact at Celtic after a mixed start due to dental surgery complications.
Initially described by Brendan Rodgers as a “dynamic” player, Kuhn played a role in Celtic’s double-winning season, but wasn’t always a first choice.
In pre-season, however, he showed his value, particularly during the US tour with a brace and an assist against Manchester City. Kuhn continued his strong form in Celtic’s 4-0 victory over Kilmarnock, earning an 8.3/10 rating from Fotmob.
He scored the third goal, completed 18 out of 27 passes, and made several defensive contributions. With no player having fully secured the right-wing slot, Kuhn has a chance to make it his own, having contributed to seven goals in 19 appearances.
Brendan Rodgers also commented on striker Kyogo Furuhashi’s performance against Kilmarnock, despite Kyogo not scoring.
Rodgers praised Kyogo’s role in creating space and providing an assist for Kuhn’s goal, highlighting the importance of playing the space rather than just the position .
