Lewis Hamilton Plans to Create a Ferrari F44 Inspired by the Iconic F40

Lewis Hamilton is looking to extend his partnership with Ferrari beyond Formula 1 by collaborating on a new supercar project. The seven-time world champion has expressed his desire to design a modernized version of the legendary Ferrari F40, naming it the F44—a nod to his racing number.

Hamilton, who recently joined Ferrari’s F1 team, made a visit to Enzo Ferrari’s house, where he posed alongside the classic F40. This model, originally introduced in 1987, was built to commemorate Ferrari’s 40th anniversary and was the last car personally approved by Enzo Ferrari before his passing. Inspired by its legacy, Hamilton wants to develop a vehicle that maintains the F40’s essence while incorporating modern engineering.
