Leeds United is reportedly one of several teams monitoring Fluminense offensive midfielder Jhon Arias, according to TEAMtalk. The 26-year-old has reportedly been scouted by the Whites, Rangers, West Ham, Crystal Palace, Wolves, Burnley, Leeds United, and Leicester City, among other teams.
