People like to make changes this time of year, and players on the PGA Tour are no exception. One of the greatest adjustments coming up is caddy moves for the 2024 season.

When Ian Poulter stole David Clark, Brendon Todd’s former caddie, it started a chain reaction.

According to Golfweek, Cameron Young lost his seasoned caddie, Paul Tesori, as a result of Poulter’s action. In 2024, Tesori will be on Todd’s luggage.

As experienced as they come, Tesori is. Before joining Young, he worked at Webb Simpson for twelve years. Even though Young appeared to be winning, the veteran caddy had to make a decision.

Todd is no slouch. The 3-time PGA Tour winner finished inside the top 50 in last year’s FedEx Cup race. Not to mention, eight of the upcoming signature events will feature the former Georgia Bulldog.

Though Young hasn’t disclosed his next caddy, it will be interesting to see who he decides to put on the bag at the Sentry in Maui.

This offseason, a number of players made adjustments, including him. Ludvig Åberg, a contender for the PGA Tour Rookie of the Year, brought on a new caddy. Joe Skovron, ranked thirty-one in the world, will be the man to beat in 2024. Prior to this switch, Skovron was with No. 11 Tom Kim.

The 2024 PGA Tour season will formally begin in Maui on January 4 in one week.
