Manchester city battles an informed player with Real Madrid
Alphonso Davies of Bayern Munich is reportedly the target of a prospective deal between Manchester City and Real Madrid.
The International Champions Cup’s official website refers to the 22-year-old as a “elite full-back,” and he is unquestionably among the best in the world.
Davies is a truly exceptional left-back who possesses blistering pace, amazing ball-carrying ability, a wand of a left peg, and a hell of a final ball on him.
Now, it appears as though Manchester City would try to negotiate with Real Madrid for the summer transfer of Alphonso Davies.
He’s going to have to make a huge choice soon. In 2025, his contract expires. He will turn 23 this year; he is already 22. It’s significant for him, especially given that he is aware of Real Madrid’s interest. Alphonso Davies is widely desired by Real Madrid. We also know that, at the club’s request, Man City and Chelsea are both keeping an eye on things or have asked to be kept in the loop,” he added.
Can Alphonso Davies be beaten by Real Madrid to the Premier League? We don’t yet know. The extent of the situation is unknown. Bayern obviously believes he’ll agree to a new contract. He might choose to move on, I believe.
To find out whether he intends to visit England or the Spanish capital would be fascinating to me.
