Adam Montgomery, convicted of killing…., transferred out of New…Read More.

Adam Montgomery, who was convicted of killing his 5-year-old daughter Harmony Montgomery in 2019, has been transferred from a New Hampshire prison to a facility in Virginia.

Previously housed at the New Hampshire State Prison for Men in Concord, Montgomery is now listed as being in a “Non-NHDOC Facility” according to the New Hampshire Department of Corrections.

The department confirmed his transfer but did not disclose the reasons or his current location.

WMUR reported that he was moved to a Virginia facility, though he did not appear in their inmate search system.

Montgomery, 34, is serving a 56-year sentence for murder and other charges related to Harmony’s death, which is being added to a prior 32 1/2-year sentence for unrelated gun charges.

Harmony’s body has not been found, and her mother Crystal Sorey believes Montgomery will never reveal its location.

She continues to search the North Shore with volunteers monthly.
