On December 5, at around nine in the morning, Brian Blakeman was last seen in Skelmersdale. He was wearing blue fleece jacket and navy pants with an Everton FC emblem attached.

According to his daughter Tracey, his girlfriend last saw the Everton supporter eating breakfast before going for a stroll.

It’s thought that Brian suffers from dementia, and according to the police, “he might appear to be confused.”

Before his team’s game versus Newcastle at Goodison Park, a photograph of Brian was presented to almost 40,000 fans.

Lancashire Police have asked locals to search their gardens, garages, and sheds for Brian since he vanished.

Along with search dogs and a mounted rescue team, a police helicopter is also part of the operation.

There have been intensive searches conducted at Tawd Valley Park, Beacon Country Park, and the former golf course near Dalton.

The Pimbo industrial complex and the open spaces south of Digmoor are currently the police’s main focus.

Anyone who was traveling in the Skelmersdale area on December 5th is urged by the search officers to look through their dash cam footage to see if they have any footage of Brian.

The driver of a black SUV who was on Beacon Lane at around 3:30 p.m. on the day Brian vanished is also wanted by the police.

A man who might be Brian can be seen strolling down the road on video that the police were able to obtain, but a black SUV obscures his image.
