The future of the Everton target is still uncertain.
According to a report in The Mirror, Kalvin Phillips has “yet to decide” whether or not to leave Manchester City during the January transfer window. Since signing the champions from Leeds United in the summer of 2022, the England international has struggled to make an impression at the Etihad Stadium and has lost Pep Guardiola’s favor.
The 27-year-old has made 23 appearances for City in all competitions, including two this season. Although he signed a six-year contract, the level of competition for his position makes it unlikely that he will secure a regular role on the first team.
