The three Millwall players who might not suit up for the team once more…

Every year, Millwall is frequently considered for the play-offs; however, this season has been very different.
As things stand, Millwall may be viewed as being in a relegation battle. They are only one point above the bottom three and occupy the 20th spot in the rankings.

As a result, keeping their championship status for another year will probably be their top aim. However, improving their season the following year will definitely depend on having a successful summer window.

A change of the roster might be necessary, and with expected arrivals, there might also be players who are expected to depart the team—some of whom may have already played their final game for Millwall. Three players that might fall into that latter group are as follows:

The Bialkowski Bartosz
Almost 200 appearances for Millwall have been made by the renowned custodian since his arrival in 2019. But he might have already played his final game for the team at the age of 37, as his contract is about to expire and he is currently the team’s backup.

If the unbelievable occurs and Millwall gets relegated, he is more likely to stay and fight for his spot; yet, if they stay in the second division, he could leave as a free agent when his current contract expires.

Connal Trueman
Connal Truman is another goalie who may leave in the summer. At the age of 27, he probably wants to play regularly rather than just wait around The Den.

Trueman, who is Bialkowski’s backup, hasn’t appeared on the matchday roster since November. But, there’s a chance that Trueman and/or Bialkowski will receive a new contract offer in order to avoid being without a goalie for the upcoming campaign or having to look into recruiting two goalkeepers.

Campbell, Allan
Last but not least, Allan Campbell made the transition from Luton Town in the summer and quickly became a first-team regular, appearing in the first eight games.

But in the 22 games that have followed, he has only appeared on the field four times, and five of those games have seen him kept off of the matchday roster completely. Additionally, he hasn’t played a minute since the middle of December, so it’s possible that he won’t play another game for his current loan team until he returns to Luton in the summer.
