After undergoing medical checks, Malacia was released with a clean bill of health and resumed training the following day.

While Rashford was not responsible for the accident, he has had his share of personal life issues. The crash occurred just two days before Rashford received a six-month driving ban for speeding. He was caught driving at 104 mph on the M60 in his £560,000 Rolls Royce, claiming he was speeding because he feared he was being chased.
