Wolves have made an offer to take Arsenal goalkeeper Aaron Ramsdale on loan for the season, with an option to make the transfer permanent in 2025.
Ramsdale, 26, lost his starting spot at Arsenal in 2023 after David Raya arrived on loan from Brentford, and the Gunners have since signed Raya permanently.
Despite only playing 11 games last season, Ramsdale was still picked for England’s Euro 2024 squad.
After joining Arsenal from Sheffield United for £24 million in 2021, he still has two years left on his contract but is eager for regular playing time.
Ramsdale was on the bench when Arsenal beat Wolves 2-0 in their Premier League opener, where Wolves’ current first-choice goalkeeper is Portugal’s Jose Sa.
